As a Field Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for ways to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the organization.

You will:

  • Manage and steer marketing campaigns and tactics to drive customer acquisition in the mid-market customer segment across International markets (Asia/Pacific Japan, Europe, China)

  • Work collaboratively with field & partner marketing teams, the BU, sales and operations teams to identify growth areas and opportunities. Leverage best practices and build it in a cadence that can be operationalized in the countries

  • Drive and influence in quarter marketing execution to land outcomes on the customer base growth. Constantly evaluate new opportunities from an outside in perspective for customer segment targeting and win

  • Organizes and owns the articulation of the International marketing strategy, tactics and KPIs to drive customer acquisition. Leads the charter to build and conceptualize key customer acquisition marketing campaigns which are then operationalized in countries

  • Monitor, track performance and build course correction to meet buyer base goals. Drive growth in the medium business segment on customer transactions through the online Premier portal

  • Observe and tap into external market opportunities that can serve as a source for customer base growth

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 15+ years of relevant marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Very strong analytical and communication skills – with the ability to work across time zones

  • Self-directed with a strong drive for results

  • Talent to influence, build consensus among teams and a proven track record to do so

  • Creative, constantly look for new approaches

  • Solid teamwork, with comfort and proven ability to drive success in matrix environments

  • Good understanding of the Dell product portfolio and its resonance to the mid-market customer segment is an added benefit

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

As the Consultant, International Marketing Manager, you will be part of a global marketing team of highly talented individuals to

  • Manage and steer marketing campaigns and tactics to drive customer acquisition in the mid-market customer segment across International markets (Asia/Pacific Japan, Europe, China)
  • Work collaboratively with field & partner marketing teams, the BU, sales and operations teams to identify growth areas and opportunities
