Within Dell Financial Services we are looking for an Dell Financial Services Account Executive to work as part of a team based in India, Bangalore.

Focusing on large customers, the DFS Account Executive will be working closely with the Dell Technologies Account Executive supported by our expert colleagues across Dell Technologies, to shape and deliver sales strategies and solutions that generate results to our customers. Forging strong, ongoing relationships, we are passionate about developing new business – and so are our customers. What you’ll achieve

Focusing on large customers, the DFS Account Executive will be working closely with the Dell Technologies Account Executive supported by our expert colleagues across Dell Technologies, to shape and deliver sales strategies and solutions that generate results to our customers. From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Dell Financial Services Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

The DFS Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will:

  • Develop and implement our Go to Market strategy for large customers, working closely with the various stakeholders in the Global Account teams across regions, functionals and corporate counterparts in US/EMEA
  • Develop relationship with C-level execs along with other influencers, decision makers and partners
  • Develop a holistic understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Directly support sales efforts in winning key deals together with the Dell Technologies Account Executive
  • Collaborate closely with Dell Technologies Account Executive to gain share of wallet/spend across Dell’s portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and managed services
  • Manage territory/accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrable competencies in large scale transformational sales projects
  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and able to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next 2 levels down
  • ·Highly developed planning and organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Deep expertise of market trends that impact Dell and Dell Financial Services customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience with 10-20 years experience in Financing Solutions.
  • Extensive experience selling IT Finance and leasing solutions to large enterprise and/or Global customers where you were recognized as a top performer
