Role Overview: The DTMS process team creates & improves processes, procedures, policies and other related artifacts utilizing repeatable, proven best practices. The team exists to empower the Managed Services team with knowledge in the form of clear Roles & Responsibilities (R&Rs) which contributes to efficiency, operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and successful customer outcomes.
- Create project and communication plans
- Coordinate activities to deploy tools and automation to customer environments
- Work closely with internal and customer resources
- Participate in Agile SCRUM development process
- Assist in creating/maintaining for Agile/SCRUM development
- Work with technical teams, coordinate work, help prioritize backlog
- 8+ Years experience with technical program/project management
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Organized self-starter
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
- Keen interest and experience in software/technical development, DevOps, Agile, etc.
- PMP and SCRUM Certifications a plus
- Knowledge/familiarity with ServiceNow a plus
