Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations

Join us as a Senior Analyst on our Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:

• Troubleshoot moderate technical problems within acceptable service levels in IAM technologies.

• Work on cybersecurity problems that have low to medium complexity, with particular emphasis on security operations

• Knowledge in SSO technologies PingFederate, PingAccess or other single sign on technologies is desired; Working knowledge in directory services - Redhat LDAP, Radiant Logic FID, Oracle Unified Directory or other LDAP directories is preferred.

• Knowledge in RSA SecurID two factor authentication is desired.

• Good knowledge of Linux commands and troubleshooting

• Preferred working experience & knowledge of the Windows Operating System. Good working knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow. Ensures incident information is accurate before escalating

• Strives to understand and leverages technical and incident communication structure; be familiar with using Microsoft Office for Data Analysis and documentation purposes. Monitors and reacts to output from tools; assist in implementing changes & with problem resolutions

• Utilizes external and internal resources, including teammates, to investigate technology and build knowledge; supports as an on-call resource and supports DC maintenance, change activities with respect to A&D apps and other operational activities over weekends & holidays

• Regularly contributes to departmental documentation and knowledge bases; may participate in root-cause analysis of technical incidents

Essential Requirements

• Good understanding of cybersecurity operations key concepts, with deep expertise in at least one areas (SSO, LDAP Directories, MFA/2FA)

• Familiarity with cybersecurity operations technologies and issues on multiple platforms; Immediate knowledge of cybersecurity operations  key concepts

• Collaborative work style and Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to develop documentation or data analysis. Good written, spoken and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

• Typically requires 4+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience

• Industry-standard cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entity recommended.

• Automation related certifications – desired
