What you’ll achieve
The Executive Briefing Program Senior Analyst (also known as a “Senior Briefing Consultant”) is responsible for developing differentiated customer experiences through the planning and preparation of Executive Briefings. This role consults with multiple stakeholders including sales teams, executives and subject matter experts (also known as a “Discussion Leaders”) to create customized briefing agendas that help foster customer relationships and win business for Dell Technologies.  The Briefing Consultant will need to apply knowledge of products, solutions and services to assist in developing strategic content for the briefings.

You will:

  • Manage overall end-to-end briefing process from pre-briefing to post briefing, including but not limited to leading planning calls with Sales Teams and Discussion Leaders, agenda building, calendar management, securing Discussion Leaders for sessions, obtain feedback and conduct follow up.

  • Plan Executive Briefings that meet the objectives of both the Customer and the Sales Team by leading strategic and consultative discussions with Sales Teams to develop customized briefing agendas.

  • Weigh strategic relevance of Customer to assess and secure appropriate level of Discussion Leader to support the briefing.

  • Work with colleagues in similar roles via a Shared Services Model to plan briefings in our Executive Briefing Center locations as well as in the Field.

  • Leverage relationships & influencing skills when working with Sales Teams and Discussion Leaders to build out-come based, transformational agendas.

  • Provides process improvement ideas and proposals to enhance the customer experience.

  • Demonstrate proficiency within the parameters of the briefing management tool.

Essential Requirements

  • Aptitude to learn and then apply knowledge of technology, solutions, and services to assist in agenda development.

  • High degree of professionalism and diplomacy skills with ability to interface successfully with senior-level executives, sales, lines of business leaders, and customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage a myriad of details in a time sensitive setting. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute multiple, time-sensitive changes at once.

  • Must be a team player, adaptable to change, and willing to support the wider team while also able to work independently.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and demonstrated success with taking initiative.

Desirable Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree

  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications

  • Experience with (SFDC) beneficial

  • 2-5 years of Customer Service, Event Planning, Sales, Marketing or related experience

  • Passion and motivation for exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
