The role will be key to drive IN SB SFDC compliance and hygiene. This role will enrich the funnel and build predictability in IN Business through correct usage of SFDC tool and ensuring sales are trained and coached at every step to capitalize the SFDC tool capability. CRM based lead tracking and funnel closure will be another critical deliverable.
Strong engagement with Sales team to ensure cadence for all process
Utilize analytical skills to share business insights to leadership based on SFDC governance and tracking
Completes work in accordance with accepted practices within field
Independently gathers information to understand opportunity areas and drive smaller projects to continue profitable growth
Adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities to deliver ad hoc sales execution support
Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of processes
Works with a cross-functional team to support achievement of SFDC adherence
Works with funnel tracking and predictability model for SB business through SFDC Usage
Strong Analytical skills
Strong communication/Presentation Skills
SB Business Acumen
Sales Experience in IT domain
Order management experience
E2E order tracking and reporting
- 1-3 years of experiance
- Bachelor degree Must
