What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:
- Architect and implement software to support Dell Open RAN accelerator platform development
- Collaborate on tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with product, hardware, firmware, software engineering and customer support teams
- Define system features, algorithms, and test scenarios
- Supervise the engineering team and mentor less experienced developers

Essential Requirements
- 8 to 18 years of experience
- Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration with any of the following: DPU (Data Processing Unit) OR GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) OR CRD (Custom Resource Definition) OR PCIe card integration into CaaS infrastructure including device drivers and cloud operator. Should be experienced in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, including working with Kubernetes resources, controllers, and networking.
- Candidate should be proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ or Go, Python or Bash.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, kernel internals, and system-level programming.
- The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with hardware and software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration with Kubernetes.
