The Dell Boomi Sales Operations and Process Management Consultant, works with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments within Dell Boomi to ensure data quality, create business process, and help Dell Boomi execute against our strategic priorities. This role will partner with the Europe Sales Leader in the strategic planning process, the annual and monthly rhythm of business, and the annual Territory Planning process. The ideal candidate has broad business skills, strong financial acumen and a deep analytic background to meet the needs of our growing and ever changing company.

Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for supporting all sales and marketing processes that flow through our CRM and related tools. They will lead the communication and collaboration with the Sales Directors/Managers, ensuring processes are running correctly and/or implementing new processes to address gaps, along with managing tool implementation and adoption. This position will support the day-to-day execution of the business including forecasting, territory definitions and account movements, and providing reporting and insights to sales leaders.   • Develop key sales/marketing support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives

  • Deliver meaningful KPIs and strategic insight to Sales leaders to help drive and grow sales efficiency and effectiveness. Drive this strategic insight by owning Saleforce Reporting, Territory management tool (TURF) and Business Intelligence tool ownership

  • Manage implementation partners as Dell Boomi brings on new tools to help drive behavior and productivity

  • Design, build and maintain SalesForce reporting/dashboards that allow Sales/Marketing leaders an easy view into their business

  • Ensure that processes are designed in ways that ensure data quality as information flows through each system

  • As a Project Manager, handling all aspects of process improvement, including lead flow, product/pricebook management, and compensation review

  • Partner with Sales/Finance and own account alignments and territory management. Design Roles and Profile assignments that increase sales productivity and data quality

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a Sales Operations function or similar responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical hi-tech Sales Organization

  • Extensive Experience using SalesForce CRM. CPQ and NetSuite knowledge is a bonus                                                          

  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies

  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables

  • Strong financial, analytical and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Deep experience of Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel required) & excellent cross group collaboration skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree

  • Strong experience with Salesforce workflows, analytics, and other advanced functions

  • Understanding of how the SaaS business model works

  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
