What you’ll achieve

Sales Training is about making sure our sales-makers are up to speed – keeping them ahead of trends and equipping them with new knowledge and power to persuade. Using a wide range of modalities, we create and deliver sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.

You will:

  • Responsible for the delivery of sales & technical training

  • Deliver NPL, selling skills, and tools session and enable ISG/Sales teams on new technologies

  • Align with other ISG Team, leaders & multi-functional technical groups to ensure consistent approach and application

  • Conducts training in classroom as well as thru virtual platforms and interlock with stakeholders to define development needs and to provide training updates.

  • Maintain records of training to provide accurate information and work alongside cross functional teams, trainers, and content design/product messaging teams

Essential Requirements 

  • Fluent written and oral German language skills & basic written and oral English language skills

  • Knowledge of IT technology, Dell ISG products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to train SB sales and specialists

  • Understand and maximize complex multidimensional solutions and explain how they will benefit the customer’s business

  • Instructional and facilitation skills – Solutions, Selling skills, Tools, proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint, Facilitation skills & Presentation skills

  • Consulting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Requirements 

  • Undergraduate degree and 4- 6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Knowledge of Dell’s Products and Solutions Portfolio and Sales experience or experience working with sales team members

Salary starting from: 2100 EUR gross per month
