What you’ll achieve
As a Compliance and Claiming Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for Compliance and Claiming operations. You will work with multiple business stakeholders, such as Field Marketing, Budget planners, Vendor Funding Finance team and, Alliances and Partner Marketing team.
You will:
Work closely with the EMEA partner marketing planners and partner managers to be aware of partner funded quarterly plans.
Be subject matter expert on Microsoft partner funding programs terms and conditions. Be main point of contact for addressing compliance, claiming, and audit concerns and training on the vendor fund program requirements.
Manage end to end compliance to maximize the amount of compliant activities and drive process improvements to facilitate efficient end-to-end approval and claiming processes.
Support the partner managers and marketing teams achieve their claims targets and lead processes with 3rd party agencies and Dell finance to ensure all available funding is claimed and support deadlines.
Participate to weekly meetings with Marketing, Budget, Finance team to present Compliance & Claiming operational update, process reminders (deadline reminders and key actions), Accrual/Proof of Performance status and risks.

Essential Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Marketing, finance, compliance and claiming, or project management work
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
Extremely organized, analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and strong drive for results
Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to aggressive deadlines
Excellent excel and power point skills (charts/grafts)
Salary starting from: 2 730EUR gross monthly
