Enterprise Technical Support Engineer with English for Fresh Graduates

Our Technical Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.


You will:

  • Provide first-level technical support on Dell supplied server and storage products, identify and resolve issues affecting customer server systems

  • Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues

  • Assume a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions. Actively support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident

  • Engage necessary support staff to resolve escalations in as short a timeframe as possible

  • Attend required technical training sessions and makes effective use of assigned lab time

Essential Requirements

  • You are maximum 1 year after your University graduation

  • You understand technological principles

  • You understand this is a great opportunity for a future career in IT 

  • You speak fluently English and Slovak



Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent telephone skills

Salary starting from: 1 600 EUR monthly gross, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency
