Internship in Sales Compensation Planning team

In Sales Compensation Operations we take charge of the calculation of commission and incentive award payments to sales personnel. We’re tasked with developing, implementing, communicating and administering sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. We also analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports and provide presentations and recommendations for sales or finance management.

What you’ll achieve

As an Intern you will be responsible for managing and maintain and developing for multi-vendor DDI platform, you will also assist with defining, and developing optimized monitoring and automation systems.

You will work with a global team of 15 engineers on multiple projects that will contribute have a positive global impact on Dell’s DDI infrastructure.

You will:

  • Be responsible for upload targets,  manual adjustments, roles set up, draws to COINS (system responsible for calcuclations)

  • Work on Trouble tickets resolution (incident inviestigation)

  • Prepare commission attainment analysis & reconciliations

  • Achieve all quota period end close activities on timely basis, within agreed SCP timelines

  • Assisting with ad hoc requests for financial information and analysis

Hourly pay is 5.50 EUR Gross
