What you'll achieve:

Improve the customer experience by ensuring high quality data and accurate content is provided to customers. Conduct Quality check on Dell.com for Global region. We utilize cutting-edge technology, while focusing on irreplaceable human skillset - languages.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct content quality audits and assist in driving improvements in error reduction through prevention and quick resolution

  • Cooperation with global teams to provide clear guidance on issues that need to be resolved

  • Determine and prioritize the severity of issues

  • Cooperation on global projects, cross-functional quality assignments

Essential requirements:

  • Native or C1-C2 language proficiency in Italian OR Portuguese

  • English B2/C1 proficiency and additional languages are advantage (Dutch OR Hebrew OR Arabic OR Greek OR Russian)

  • Eye for detail and analytic skills

  • Reporting and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Team work spirit and flexibility

Desirable requirements:

  • Familiar with xHTML, CSS, CMS

  • Advanced Excel proficiency / macros

Salary starting from: 1 270 €/monthly gross
