The Sales Plays Program Manager is responsible to manage the Sales Plays road map, deliverables and dependencies across EMEA, APJ, GC, NAC & LATAM to ensure that all deliverables happen on time and reach highest quality standards. This needs to happen in alignment with the Data Engineers and Data Modelers within the team in order to produce the expected level in terms of business outcome. The SP Program Manager will work with the Customer intelligence & Data Modeling Sales Plays Team, our Business Partners into the regions to enable a smooth run of the Sales Plays Program and support the transformation of the activities by leveraging best practices and synergies across the Regions.The SP Program Manager will demonstrate strong expertise on Program Management, Marketing Operations, Planning and Measurement.
- Establish the Half Year and Quarterly road map with the Regions
- Capture and analyze the campaigns briefs with the Team
- Manage the execution of the related operations with the Team and Business Partners
- Secure the deliverables on time
- Develop synergies and promote Best Practices across the Regions
- 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing Operations
- Strong Program Management skills
- Data Management skills and Data driven oriented
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (with both internal staff & Partners)
- Time and Planning management
Equally important to these specific skills are a candidate's ability to:
- Business acumen, Dell Technologies marketing operations & activities knowledge
- Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements
Salary Starting From: 2 100 EUR gross monthly
