Within our EMA Solutions Center of Competence (CoC), we are looking for a Sales Support Analyst APC Presales to join our DCI team in Bratislava.

What you’ll achieve:

As an APC Presales support analyst, you will closely collaborate with our Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) Field Marketing Managers, Program Manager and Product Line Manager to expand our APC Run Rate business in EMEA through providing presales support for any APC-related queries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop our DCI run rate business by providing pre-sales support for APC by Schneider-Electric product queries throughout EMEA;

  • Increase APC Product awareness within our core sales community;

  • Enable core sales and solutions teams to be effective at selling APC by Schneider-Electric Solutions through to developing and maintaining effective sales tools;

  • Work together with the EMEA DCI team on implementing necessary changes and product trainings;

  • Analyze market or sales execution issues and develop creative solutions that are measurable and repeatable.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical experience or the ability to learn technical aspects associated with the role;

  • Fluent English AND French language verbal and written skills;

  • Capacity to learn on the fly the full range of APC by Schneider-Electric and Dell OEM product portfolio and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs;

  • Capacity to explain technical, industry, and market facts to relevant audiences to position Dell/APC as a competitive solution for the customer.


Desirable Requirements:


• Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies

Salary starting from: 1400 EUR gross monthly
