What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Advisor, ISG Partner & Distribution Marketing, EMEA you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing programs around Dell Technologies core datacenter infrastructure and APEX solutions – including awareness, enablement and demand generation activities. You will work with EMEA Partner and Distribution Marketing and Sales teams to drive buyer base growth (partner and end customer through partner), marketing pipeline contribution as well as distribution sales out for these solutions.

You will:

  • Create and execute EMEA Infrastructure and APEX Solutions marketing programs for channel with the objective to enable and activate partners and distributors, grow buyer base and to maximize pipeline and sales out. Ensure all programs are aligned with agreed business and marketing priorities and guidelines.
  • Together with the Consultant, ISG Partner & Distribution Marketing, EMEA, being the EMEA channel marketing point of contact for relevant Infrastructure Solution Marketing, Business Unit, Channel Sales, Channel Presales and Channel Marketing stakeholders across EMEA, International and Global.
  • Influence and collaborate with region/country marketing team members to drive adoption and execution of Global/International/EMEA channel marketing programs – ensuring that programs meet regional and central needs
  • Monitor, report and present regularly on program performance and results and work with alliance partners to complement our value proposition and optimize funding for our marketing activities. And also being responsible for quality budget execution within guidelines for all programs owned
  • Support the marketing relationship and central EMEA-level Infrastructure solutions marketing plans with Global Distributors.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising together with knowledge of cross-channel marketing techniques such as Online and Direct Marketing.
  • Advanced project management ability, presentation skills, analytical ability and financial understanding
  • Advanced understanding of the market and customers business as well as infrastructure solutions technologies
  • Influence cross-functional teams/work groups
  • English language skills (professional, fluent, written and verbal)


Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent Experience
  • Additional languages are an advantage

Salary starting form: 2800 EUR gross/monthly
