Join us as a Product Designer on our Information Technology team in Brazil to do the best work of your career and contribute to the Dell Digital Design transformation.

The primary role of the Product Designer is to represent UX Design within a cross-functional product team to articulate design decision-making against strategy. This will require you to produce multiple design solutions and artifacts in both lo- and hi-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Through partnership and collaboration with researchers, engineers, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders on all initiatives, your designs should reflect a human-centered design approach and be informed by discovery and framing of the user problem.

What you’ll do

As a critical member of our DesignOps team, you will work with principal product designers, as well as junior designers, on the products and programs that support a multi-disciplined and growing design organization. With guidance from our principal designer, your contributions will include design and content creation to our product design website and our onboarding program. Through our collective team experience we design and implement design operations that can scale and enable our larger design org to focus on the work they do best – designing delightful digital products.

You will:

  • Executes experience mapping, research, UI design, interaction design functional design or UX engineering to act on behavioral evidence

  • Embraces empathy-first thinking across communication, collaboration, facilitation, and design practices

  • Uses effective design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes

  • Articulates design decision making against strategy and Produces multiple design solutions and artifacts that address user issues. 

  • Capable of analyzing high-level usability challenges and able to produce high-quality design artifacts.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English

  • Experience as a user-centered designer working on shippable products, including responsive web design, mobile, and/or web applications.

  • Experience conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and presenting findings to the broader team.

  • Able to produce high-quality design artifacts.

  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe’s Creative Cloud.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in enterprise environment.

  • Experience with tried-and-true remote collaboration processes and tools and agile and Lean process experience a plus
