What you’ll achieve

Sales Strategy and Planning you will be responsible for driving integrated planning activities to optimize our business performance and execution. Partner with the product business units and Finance to establish, drive and measure performance outcomes down to the sales director level. Utilize data & advanced analytics to provide critical planning & business insights for strategic investments & programs.

You will:

  • Be trusted advisor for the Country General Manager, providing the business relevant information to support strategy/results, and manage GM BMS.
  • SIP: IOP Development/Planning & Cascade- Sales & BU interlock to define drivers, establish KPI’s and measure performance. Operationalized across Managed Territories.
  • Business insights & analytics- Leverage various reporting capabilities to inspect and manage business.
  • Promote Sales Productivity: Support successful execution of relevant Business Transformation programs i.e. Integrated Quota Management (IQM), Dell Sales application (DSA) rollout
  • Facilitate Sales Comp Plan Cascade in a timely manner, been the point of reference for the Sales teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Financial and analytical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of Market opportunity and customer landscape
  • Emotional Intelligence –Leadership skills principles
  • English (Written and spoken)

  • Provide sound objective advice for decisions based on data driven insights
  • Ability to influence outcomes to maximize rep performance
