  • Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
  • Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems
  • Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledgebase
  • Help test alpha and beta products
  • Complete KB articles for all resolved issues.

Required Skills:

  • You have experience managing and troubleshooting Virtual Desktop environments (VMware Horizon preferred)
  • Ability to understand deep technical issues and translate them based on your audience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging enterprise level IT issues related to UEM and VDI Infrastructure:
    • Databases
      • Examples: Mongo DB, SQL Server, Postgres, Tempdb, max degrees of parallelism, trace flags, or other relevant experience
    • Application/Infrastructure issues
      • Examples: Web Application Firewalls, Proxies, High Availability/Load Balancing, Storage, or other relevant experience
    • Networking and routing issues
      • Examples: Routing, TCP/UDP, SSL/Certificates, HTTP, DNS, NAS, Virtual IP’s and Network Address Translation, packet captures, analysis of low-level network issues with an understanding of software accelerated networking devices, or other relevant experience
    • Directory Services and Authentication Methods
      • Examples: LDAP, Active Directory, VDS, SAML, Kerberos, RSA, Okta, SSL, or other relevant experience
    • IIS and related services including CAPI2, MSMQ, Application Pools, Group Policy, or other relevant experience
