What you’ll achieve

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) you will support the Enterprise Risk Manager in  the development, implementation and application of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework across Dell Financial Services in EMEA (DFS-EMEA).

You will:

  • Support the ERM agenda; Support the development and implementation of the Risk Framework and policies in a regulated financial services environment and within a wider corporate multi-national environment
  • Manage the Risk Appetite process and coordinate reporting of risk appetite and supporting KRI’s; Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of risk updates for DFS-EMEA senior management; Contribute to the DFS global expansion; Contribute to the regulatory agenda of Dell Bank
  • Support the ICAAP process including stress testing; Support the Recover Planning process including;
  • Build and maintain strong relations with team members across DFS through active engagement with stakeholders in support of ERM processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a regulated credit institution or equivalent environment, with experience in Risk, Credit, Compliance or Control Functions; Third level qualification degree or similar - Masters or relevant professional accountancy or other qualification an advantage
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills is a must including financial modelling (advanced excel skills); Experience of, or exposure to, ICAAP, including development of pillar 2 methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Governance requirements and best practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • Good technical background, expertise in writing high quality policy, process and procedure documents & strong  presentational skills
