What you’ll achieve

Dell pioneered the Dell Direct Model enabled by a supply chain that generated significant cost and speed efficiencies. Over the last few years, Dell has enabled numerous other sales channels including retail and manufacturing with partner ODMs. Dell Supply Chain is getting transformed with multiple modes of manufacturing and fulfillment to service demands from different customer segments.
The key objective is to help Dell’s global operations to streamline processes, cut costs and improve efficiencies. The team has a very strong pool of talent coming from premier schools and industries and possesses diverse expertise and skill sets. It’s the place to be for “work hard, play hard”.
To assist on the set-up of product plans for successful launches – highlight and resolve demand set up and ramp risks through engagement with GO Engineering and Core Team.
To monitor the product ramp down and end of life - engage PG on transition schedules and transition curve. Monitor and drive regional lock schedule adherence in support of Procurement last time buy.
Provide early warning of major demand under-runs & provide inputs to WWP Finance on E&O budgets – monitoring actual global E&O from initial guidance through final disposition.
Collaborate with Global Supply Manager and core teams to ensure planning inputs on demand schedule are internalized when developing NPI schedules.

At least 1-3 years of related experience in supply chain & planning area
Good team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across the organization, with regional and global teams
Good communications skills & good at building and managing relationships.
Good project management skills and demonstrated ability to balance between competing priorities, able to be flexible and creative
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), PowerBI, Tabluea & Python is a plus
