Dell’s End-to-End Seller organization is hiring a Software Engineer who will be responsible for delivering programs in a dynamic, fast paced, scalable agile ecommerce environment. The team needs individuals with deep e-commerce knowledge to guide and deliver a high-volume, highly personalized in software engineering experience. We are looking for the most senior candidates who have a strong background in Enterprise/Systems/Application Architecture, with proven abilities to innovate and be creative.
We are looking for highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals who will be responsible for building highly visible, highly available, and experienced as a software tester and/or in supply chain, automation, measuring and maintaining data quality as well as data curation strategy exposure/experience. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in object-oriented programming and experience in large multi-national corporations. Candidates will be familiar with Microsoft technologies, and will have worked on very large web sites dealing with very high volumes.
Candidates should be excellent team players, yet capable of working independently, and will be able to manage multiple projects at once. Candidates will work with very little direction, will be comfortable leading conference calls, and can drive the direction of very large projects being developed by multi-shore teams.
Analyze and identify Software Automation & Applications opportunity within business operations.
Work closely with SMEs to convert business requirements to digital solutions.
Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and debug software tools & programs for bug fixes during the quality assurance and user acceptance test phases.
Deploy code to production.
Keep abreast of new and current statistical methodologies, machine learning and data wrangling techniques.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science.
Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in and coding language.
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
2-4 years of software development experience, including RPA & full stack projects.
Portfolio if available (Applications, RPA bots, certification, projects etc).
Knowledge of common algorithms, OOP, Functional programming, database programming etc.
Experience as a software tester.
Supply Chain experience.
Experienced with automation.
Experience with measuring and maintaining data quality as well as data curation strategy.
