Intern - Services Sales Operations Support for the Central Eastern Europe

12 months, full-time Internship Program starting February 2022

If you are passionate about computer technology and eager to develop a career in technology sales, Dell is the place to be. Within Dell Technologies Services, we are looking for an InternServices Sales Operations Support to work as a part of our 1-year Internship Program based in Warsaw, Poland.

We are interested in bringing on-board students or graduates who are comfortable taking accountability and able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate is customer focused, analytical thinker, results-driven, innovative, works well on a team and acts with integrity. This role might also require some occasional travelling abroad to team and/or business meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn the full range of Dell Technologies Services portfolio to be able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs

  • Work with Service Sales Team in the CEE Countries (Central Eastern European) to understand in-country business performance.

  • Prepare regular communication and business updates to the CEE stakeholders and peers based on the reports and input from the Services Sales Team.

  • Monitor sales programs performance and execution of different initiatives and propose improvements to the Team.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within channel sales area by accurate analysis of business reports and data.

Essential Requirements

  • Student of Master’s studies or a university graduate up to 12 months after the graduation.

  • Advanced level of Polish and English languages skills both verbal and written is an absolute must.

  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong eagerness to learn about new technologies and sales industry as well as strong determination to achieve goals and deliver tasks assigned.
