Be part of RSA’s security organization as we are currently seeking a Head ofGlobalPhysical Security. The Head ofGlobalPhysicalSecuritywill be responsible for the coordination and management of allRSAphysicalsecurity processes and programsglobally.Significant knowledge of physical securitymanagement,best practices and global/regional experienceiscrucial for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Physical Security oversight and leadership specific to programs, technologies and operational practices.

  • Manageand updatePhysical SecurityPolicy, Standard &Processdevelopmentthat enable more efficient and secure operating activities and business controls.

  • Act as Physical Security subject matter expertand assessrisk or potentialimpact to the current business model andidentifysolutions of future state processes.

  • Establish and maintain key law enforcement relationshipsand protocolsfor both local and in country support for RSA operating locations.

  • Supports cross-functionalactivitiesfor travel incidents, personal accidents, emergencies and other security-related events. 

  • Supports emergency preparedness and response efforts. 

  • Plan and coordinaterequiredcorporateand site-specificphysicaltraining forkey personnel andgeneral employee populations.

  • Coordinate response and advise the site leaders when security related events occur e.g. Demonstrations,Workplaceviolence etc. 

  • Partner with Facilities toensure the site is maintained from a Technical perspective e.g. CCTV / Alarm, Access Control, Incident Responseand assigned guard services are operating as expected.

  • Manage, hire and oversee external security service vendors for RSAglobalevents, in partnership with marketing & conference teams. 

  • Maintain travel awareness program and tracking of travel risks. Communicate to potentially impacted partiesand assist with coordination of in country protective servicesand or secure transportationas necessary. 

Requirements

  • 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification

  • Development, implementation and sustaining of processes at the sites covering Service level to ensure the security of the end to end business operations are protected in support of overall Security and Operational objectives. 

  • StrongEnglish skills both oral and written; multi-lingual candidates preferred

  • Capable of developing and executing presentations to Senior Management relating to key business initiatives within the Physical Securityprogram.

  • An ability to work with cross functional teams to solve problems is key. A good relationship with Law enforcement and Intelligence contacts is essential. 

  • It is imperative that the candidate has excellent computer literacy skills, an ability to write reports, create presentations in power-point and work with Excel spreadsheets.

  • Ability to support issues off hours, nights and/or weekends.

  • Ability to perform international travel up to 25%.
