Business growth is critical to the success of Dell Technologies and in this role you’ll be in charge of expanding our footprint.  Our Storage Platforms Sales team develops new accounts and expands existing ones, using their expansive knowledge of our offerings to grow an established geographic territory or product line.

What you’ll achieve
As a Storage Platforms and Solutions SalesExecutive, expect to do great things, and the flexibility to do them on your terms.  You will be challenged develop brand new accounts in addition to driving expansion across existing accounts.  Our Storage Platform and Solutions Sales Executives transform opportunity into action every day.  Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, the goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. Storage Platforms and Solutions Sales Executives are direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

You will:
• Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.

• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities.  

• Demonstrate the value of Dell Technologies portfolio that meet/exceed customer’s needs.

Partner with the Sales AE’s to grow the territory/account base to exceed financial goals.  

• Lead our large ecosystem of engineers & subject matter experts within Dell Technologies.

• Leverage our partner ecosystem to Drive, Assist and Enable solution selling.  
• Spend time developing new accounts all while driving business across existing accounts.

Essential Requirements
• 10 + years of experience selling technology solutions
• Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
• Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down.

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

  • Experience selling Data Center
  • State of CA experience
