What you’ll achieve
As a Business Support Manager, you should have strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and negotiator with strong people management skills. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about customers and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for working with key business functions, i.e., Sales, Finance, IT and other strategic business partners.
Be responsible for operational support, manage deal management processes as well as ensure compliance with operating procedures and corporate policies
Drive sales operations process improvements and maintain associated records, prepares related reports and manages to business level metrics
Regularly and effectively communicate and interface with both internal and/or external customers, focus on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience
Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple cross-functional teams across the business to understand available data and identify growth opportunities for the business. Analyze available information, use relevant data to identify trends, offer practical and effective solutions to simple and complex problems
Manage the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and work experience with 2+ years managerial experience
Honors Degree in Business or other related field studies
Proficiency in English language plus additional language qualifications are desired
Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
