Our Client Solutions team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
- Identify and help close on revenue upside opportunities in partnership with Dell’s sales teams
- Work with Dell and Microsoft to ensure appropriate product training is implemented, especially focusing on new products, refresh training on existing products and any other product training as necessary
- Side by side coaching to help low attach performers and assist sales reps to overcome common customer objections and capitalize on sales upside opportunities
- Managing Weekly Pipeline for key partners and customers
- Work closely with Dell Technical Sales Consultant team on Microsoft technical related issues which are subject to Microsoft compatibility with Dell hardware, Microsoft solution with Dell hardware, licensing structure and etc.
- Drive for Results, a self-starter who works well within a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- MS Certification
