Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Senior Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:

  • be responsible for verifying consistency and accuracy of critical dates, and maintaining within the ImageWatch transition tool. Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support

  • Liaises between the customer/partner, sales organization and IT. Focuse on delivering a positive customer and account team experience

  • Facilitate product and sales information flow. Drive sales operations process improvements. May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements

  • May be responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities. Actively participate in process improvement programs cross- functionally

  • Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters. Responsible for maintaining a network of sources of critical dates for product and component transition

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of data management – familiarity with data analysis, reporting, databases or tools in general and information. Ability to work with complex data sets.

  • Excellent Excel skills, including using formulas to compare multiple data sets for accuracy and high attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple work streams to meet deadlines. Influence providers and reviewers of data to meet deliverables

  • Ability to document and improve processes that include manual and automation steps. Good troubleshooting skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Hands on approach: Use, evaluate and test modifications to tools that manage, manipulate and present data

  • Someone able to ensure the ownership of the data flows

  • Knowledge of Dell products and peripherals a plus
