Sales Operations Specialist
Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
Be a key point of contact in support for GBO including managing process. Provide reporting on pipeline and forecast to regional GBO.
Be a key business partner to other teams when identifying and driving cross-functional resolutions to operations issues.
You will build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple teams across the business to understand available data and identify growth opportunities for the business. You will use Case Management to provide efficient support on a wide range of topics.
Analytical problem solving – analyze available information, use relevant data to identify trends, offer practical and effective solutions to simple and complex problems
Work with raw data and present in a professional manner. Support deal management processes

Proficiency in English language plus additional language qualifications are desired
3 years plus sales operations experience within a fast-paced high-tech organization. Honors Degree in Business or other related field studies
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand policies and processes at a company. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with BI tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously supporting the execution of their deliverables.
Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details.Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office, technical writing expertise is a plus
