Director, Partner Success

Take this unique opportunity to play a leadership role in the next chapter of this high growth iPaaS cloud technology company. The Global Director of Partner Success leads an experienced team focused on ensuring that our OEM and Managed Service Provider partners are successful in realizing maximum value from the Boomi platform. 

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and support a diverse and effective team. You will drive the partner success engagement strategies to accelerate time to value, maximize retention, and identify growth opportunities across the OEM & MSP partner portfolio. And you will collaborate across the Boomi teams to drive a partner success focus and internal processes required to accelerate and remove barriers to partner adoption and growth.

You will:

  • Attain team revenue and churn targets through management of the Partner Success team
  • Directly manage 10-person team comprised of both business and technical partner success managers, providing focus, direction, career development/planning and inspiration to the team
  • Regularly engage with partners and have a deep understanding of their requirements and the ability to effectively communicate those requirements internally
  • Ensure that the portfolio of Boomi partners is successful in terms of meeting committed goals, increasing adoption, and continually renewing their partnership
  • Drive program and process improvements to 1) equip partners to drive successful project outcomes and ensure ongoing adoption 2) elevate partners’ technical competency and mature their Boomi offerings and 3) increase partner success efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency
  • Drive collaboration with other Boomi departments in the service of partners and their customers.This includes Sales/Channel, Customer Support, Professional Services, Product, Partner Program, and Finance

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working as either Success Manager, Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Account Manager, Architect, Engineer, Director of IT, or other role with Account management focus, with 5+ years of experience leading a team
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both management and technical audience
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed growth and retention

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working with Gainsight or similar Customer Success tools

  • Knowledge of Boomi and/or similar data integration technologies

  • Technical data integration technology experience
