What you’ll achieve
As a FedRAMP Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for FedRAMP (and StateRAMP) Authorization Requirements as well as Governance and Risk Management.We are looking for an experienced and driven Compliance Manager who is looking to put their federal experience, technical expertise, and information security knowledge to plan, execute and deliver on existing and strategic compliance activities related to Boomi's Federal, State, and Local Compliance. You will work with the Public Sector Operations team, Engineering teams, and across all functions at Boomi


You will:

  • FedRAMP / StateRAMP Authorization Requirements [Compliance Manager]
    • Manage and implement the FedRAMP annual audit along with Audit documentation prep for reviews, SCRs for ongoing Eng’g changes, and new products becoming authorized
    • Manage and communicate the monthly monitoring, Sponsor Mtgs, GWAC compliance and Eng’g, Cybersecurity, Finance meetings
    • Communicate the CRM update and how to talk about products, Product Management for FedRAMP, VPAT Compliance, and support of new contract vehicles

Essential Requirements

  • Monitor changes to frameworks and/or legislation and position Box to respond accordingly.
  • Work with our 3PAO, Government Accreditors, Sales Team, and Accreditors to effectively communicate our compliance position and program.
  • Oversee continuous monitoring of the compliance program and related activities.
  • Drive improvements in existing processes and develop new innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Communicate gaps to management and coordinate with cross functional team meetings to remediate and close control gaps.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience and expertise with FedRAMP
  • Prior experience in communicating with legal, finance, security, engineering and compliance organizations
