The Dell Boomi IT Integration Architect will manage design and process improvement for our internal integration development and support needs, located in our Chesterbrook, PA office.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Evaluate and analyze existing integration processes and build out new architecture requirements
  • Provide Technical Analysis for proper handling of our current integration processes and ATOM deployments, with a focus on simplification and enhanced outputs
  • Plan, design and implement integration processes with varying levels of complexity to meet business needs
  • Build new intake processes for additional add-on integration needs
  • Manage our data quality HUB between our CRM and ERP systems
  • Develop test plan specifications, as well as test/debug processes
  • Develop plans to mitigate downtime of processes and communication plans to handle downstream impacts when issues occur
  • Provide documentation and workstream outputs that allow for education and oversite of all integration work
  • Be able to balance run the business needs with net new asks, delivering high quality outputs aligned to internal SLAs and deadlines
  • Work closely with our internal Application/Operational teams to ensure business processes are efficient and productive and eliminate issues and errors that impact both internal and external customers

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of Information Technology
  • 3-5 Years of Boomi integration/development experience
  • Proven ability to architect, design and optimize business processes and integration across disparate systems
  • Java Programming and Linux/Unix Experience
  • Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, SQL and ASP
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Systems (CRM, SFA, ERP)
  • Project Management and Analysis skills
