The Boomi Director, Business Development, Global Systems Integrator Partnerships will manage Dell Boomi’s Global Business Development team and Go-to-Market plan for our Global Systems Integrator Partnerships.  This individual will work with the Global Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer/Partner Success, and Executive team to execute our company strategy with key Global Systems Integrators.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple teams and significant assignments
  • Help establishes budgets, operational plans and performance requirements
  • Resolves operational issues, develop standards around which others will operate & initiates new or revised procedures, programs and initiatives
  • Aligns operational plan with functional strategy and approach
  • Accomplishes results through the management of a team of professional team members and/or leaders
  • Act as an advisor and coach to maximize the team’s skillsets
  • Develop and administers schedules, objectives, and goals; delegates clearly and consistently
  • Provides guidance, constructive input and motivation to team
  • May develop an external presence through publication or speaking engagements
  • Assumes responsibility for sales objectives; conducts solid stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues
  • Monitors budgets and operational effectiveness, develops strategies for adjusted courses of action
  • Sets focus for outside team and helps sets focus of vertical/business


  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combinations of education and work experience
  • 5+ year’s leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of customer/industry climate; integration and SAAS industry experience preferred
  • Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
  • Drives training and development plans for organizations
  • Develops product solutions for customers
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
