Duties and responsibilities

• lead the team to achieve the sales target

• lead the team to complete various work indicators assigned by the company

• implement company strategy and make provincial plans accordingly

• channel development (development of new stores and new customers)

• promote the growth of existing customers and improve the quality of existing stores

• provincial channel management

Job specification

• at least 7 years sales management experience in related industry

• have a sense of breakthrough

• familiar with local PC market channels, good at product operation

• understanding of customer management and store management

• ability to develop sales strategies and plans

• team management experience and ability

• communication and coordination skills
