OEM Solutions is a specialized sales organization which is driving VAR businesses such as embedded (incorporating Dell machines into customer’s products), established in 1999 in the US and launched in 2009 in Japan. At that time, we started with 2 people, but now we have grown into an organization with more than 40 people.

Key Responsibilities

As an OEM Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.

You Will:

  • Work eagerly to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory,occasionally support outside sales lead

  • Manage a high number of small accounts, or a fewer number of medium accounts

  • You will provide sales support for all accounts in Japan
  • Effectively use Outlook, Excel, and Dell in-house tools to make quotes and adjust delivery dates
  • Work with internal Dell members to improve our customer satisfaction


Essential Requirements

  • High-level reading, writing and speaking in Japanese
  • Communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Use of Microsoft tools such as Outlook and Excel etc.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and the ability to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions

Desirable Requirements

  • Work experience at a Japanese company and knowledge of manufacturing and logistics
  • Reading, writing and speaking in English
