Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Project Manager, you will needs to ensure we have the right programs and Sales execution and Marketing support to nurture, recruit and grow Small Business accounts in profitable manner through the enablement of marketing & sales teams. The candidate will do so through.
Deep collaboration with cross-functional teams like Segment Marketing, Sales, CRM team, CoC and Sales Operations Building intermediate and long-term CRM frameworks to determine “New Customer buying propensity”. Design and implementation of programmatic sales activities serving our online and offline routes to market
- Design Programs to nurture and acquire new accounts
- Design programs to grow existing accounts
Work with Marketing to identify new and novel methods of targeting, nurturing and acquiring Small business customers. Set-up right BMS to measure the performance across all the above dimension.

- CRM techniques
- AI / ML based Robo calling technology
- Understanding of Small & Medium Business market in China
- Strong data analytics skill
- Business acumen
- Proven experience of program managing Sales support initiatives or Delivering on CRM initiatives
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus
- 6+ years of relevant business experience in the IT industry (Sales, Sales Operations or ProductEngineering – sales experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytics/insights capabilities
- Deep understanding of the Dell sales structure and culture
- Proven ability to operate successfully in fast-paced environments & ever-changing priorities
