Business Process Analyst – Dell Bank International d.a.c.

Headquartered in Texas, Dell is a premier provider of products and services required by customers worldwide to build their information-technology infrastructure with a focus on “Power to do more”.  Dell established a financial services business – Dell Bank International d.a.c. (DBID) which trades as Dell Financial Services (DFS) to provide financial services to its EMEA customers. DBID is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. 

The Operations team provides first class support to Dell Sales, DFS Sales and external partners across 18 countries in EMEA.  The Operations team supports in driving the sales pipeline from customer proposal through to end of lease while ensuring excellent service delivery throughout.

What you’ll achieve

The Business Process Analyst will partner with multiple functions across DFS to support in enhancing process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.  The successful candidate will be performing a cross-functional role supporting operations.

You will

  • Work with key stakeholders to document “as is” processes within operations to support the identification of business improvement opportunities

  • Complete business requirements document (BRD) that shows the impact on existing processes, systems and people where a solution is identified to solve the problems to enhance customer needs

  • To document the “to be” process flows based on the business requirements document

  • Assist user testing (UAT) to ensure that business and technical requirements have been properly delivered based on solution

  • Assist in ‘Business as Usual’ activities such as data collection & analysis, creation of reporting/presentations and completion of monthly audit/risk controls

Essential Requirements

  • Least 2-3 years of relevant experience in business operations

  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, team player with ability to work on own initiative

  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion in a challenging environment

  • Strong attention to detail, very good administration, organizational & communication skills

  • Intermediate Excel skills – (Formulas, Lookups and Pivots) – ability to create and analyze reports

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior leasing knowledge

  • 3rd level qualification
