Nós estamos buscando um(a) candidato(a) apaixonado(a) pelo que faz, que irá solucionar os problemas dos nossos clientes, focando na melhor solução para promover a melhor experiência para eles.
Atendimento de clientes pessoa física e jurídica;
Atendimento de ligações/e-mail, prestando assessoramento direto e orientação aos clientes em situações pré e pós-vendas;
Suporte ao gerenciamento das ordens dos clientes;
Gerenciamento e acompanhamento de problemas até a sua finalização, garantindo solução adequada;
Foco em entregar excelência em atendimento de acordo com os padrões Dell.
Desejável estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Superior;
Experiência em processos de atendimento ao cliente;
Conhecimentos em inglês complementam o perfil.
