What you’ll achieve
Dell Boomi, the market-leading provider of on-demand integration technology and the creator of AtomSphere, the industry's first-to-market Integration Cloud™, is recruiting for the position of Advanced Support Engineer. The Advanced Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues for Dell Boomi partners and customers.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Significant commercial experience in software development using the Java programming language including the use of some IDE with a solid understanding of object oriented design concepts for delivering and maintaining a software product
Experience in designing and implementing highly scalable, high throughput web applications and backend systems
Technical understanding of SQL, Hibernate, XML and JSON plus technical understanding of Web Services technologies including REST, SOAP and WSDL is required
Knowledge of SOA concepts
Exposure to mature development processes including use of source code control systems like Git
Demonstrated comfort with videoconferencing systems such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of RIA technologies, especially GWT is a plus
Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus
Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments is a plus
Strong reading, writing and oral communication skills
Work experience with an enterprise software or web company is important
