Marketing Manager – Employee Engagement Programs in Remote U.S.


What you’ll achieve
Dell is seeking an experienced marketing programs manager with excellent project management and communications skills to help build and track integrated marketing campaigns aimed at improving team member perception and engagement with internal programs.   You will work closely with various organizations across the company and partner with internal and external stakeholders.  You will collaborate on process and campaign optimization and support various project management needs related to team member outreach and messaging. To be successful, you must be self-motivated and flexible with strong leadership skills and broad marketing communication understanding and experience. Dell’s fast-paced culture will require you to assess and revise priorities on a daily basis, so being adaptable is key to your success in role.
You will:

  • Execute against the defined strategy to market specified programs to Dell Technologies team members and their families.   Assist in delivering consumer-grade marketing communication deliverables across a broad range of content, modalities and channels.  May include program launches, governance and tracking protocols, team member outreach, leader and business partner outreach and support, as well as program testing and optimization.  Project manage many concurrent deliverables, keeping activities on track across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

  • Partner with vendors to facilitate creation of collateral, measure campaign effectiveness, report out on performance and share insights, lessons learned and best practices – act as brand liaison to ensure program compliance and balance between corporate guidelines and a compelling experience

  • Drive style-guide and messaging compliance through governance and tracking protocols.

  • Work independently and with regional team members to understand team member sentiment, using that sentiment to create, conceptualize, write, edit and produce an array of communication deliverables that are clear, concise and relevant to their intended audiences.

Essential Requirements

  • A team player with a passion for storytelling with strong verbal communication and writing skills

  • Excellence in process development and management with a desire to bring creativity, curiosity and innovative thinking to everything you do

  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills with experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels, a track record of staying on top of project status and a commitment to solving problems.

  • Strong business and technical acumen with experience in design-based thinking methods to connect business needs with audience preferences in order to create compelling stories that resonate.

  • Experience with marketing, creative agency or internal communications

Desirable Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of marketing program management and implementation experience for internal and external audiences, within a large, matrixed organization

  • Global or international experience with a Fortune 500 company and HR Programs a plus
