Talent & Culture Senior Analyst

Location: Remote U.S.

While Dell Technologies drives human progress through groundbreaking technology, the Learning and Development team within Human Resources drives the development of our people. What you’ll achieve
The Talent & Culture Senior Analyst is responsible for launching and managing strategic T&C Insights & Assessments tools with a focus on continuous listening tools (surveys and focus groups). The ideal candidate will be able to understand HR, business, survey, and assessment data to identify actionable insights for strategic improvements to Dell’s talent management practices.

You will:

  • Be responsible for planning and executing talent analytics activities including but not limited to survey design/measurement, assessment development/validation, and program evaluation. 

  • Identify and interpret trends in data, present findings, and provide recommendations to varying levels of the organization.

  • Leverage internal HR, survey, and/or business data using internal tools, systems, and data sources.

  • Merge data from multiple sources/systems, conduct appropriate analyses, and provide actionable insights 

  • Proactively partner with key stakeholders to address business gaps or opportunities identified through analytics

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working with large-scale HR, business, and survey data for reporting and analytics.

  • Must be proficient in statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, R, etc.

  • Outstanding consultative abilities, combined with a track record of having built effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels.

  • Ability to work in a project-based/team-based environment with aggressive deadlines.

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in psychology, business, computer science, or math.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously.
