What you will achieve

Enterprise Architect will be a proven leader in integrating solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business outcomes, goals, objectives, immediate needs, and existing systems infrastructure tied to critical business systems.

Key responsibilities include Identifying additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization and assisting the sales organization and related Practice Areas as technical/infrastructure subject matter experts. Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system as is common practice in Enterprise Architecture. Compose applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution. Participate in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions.

  • Support analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of the enterprise structural framework to align IT strategy, plans, and systems with the mission, goals, structure, and processes of the organization.

  • Determining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architecture.

  • Recommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture

  • Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies

  • Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables

You will:

  • Coordinating and communicating activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/ cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architecture

  • Lead teams and engineer solutions using industry-standards and technologies across the infrastructure of enterprise environments to include (storage, compute, networks, cloud, and authentication)

  • Provide post-sales and implementation services for clients

  • Provide assess and design consulting for large scale restoration for incident recovery efforts, server and compute recovery and redeployment, and core infrastructure deployment to include all facets of an enterprise architecture or reference architecture.

  • Contribute to the development and on-going improvement of Dells industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise and client technologies in an incident response scenario.

  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members and focus area team leads.

Essential Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with incident response and recovery, design and implementation, 4+ years of experience as Architect / Team Lead with experience in the following: 

  • Windows 10/7 Image Deployment with SCCM OSD, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), USMT and Windows ADK/WAIK

  • Design and deployment of Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies - App-V, MBAM, AGPM, DaRT, and UE-V

  • Microsoft Desktop Analytics experience a big plus and Microsoft SCCM 2012+

  • Registering, Managing, and Configuring Microsoft Intune Policies, with or without SCCM Co-Management and Registering and Deploying Systems through Windows Autopilot

  • Microsoft Azure, Azure RMS, Cloud Identity Setup and Configure Azure RMS, AD Connect, and other Cloud Services

  • VMware Workspace One Unified Endpoint Management and Identity Management and Deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting

  • VBScript, PowerShell, and AutoIT scripting languages (software development experience a plus) and MS Windows 10/8.x/7, MS Windows Server 2016/2012, MCSE / MCITP certifications

  • Experience managing an OS image for large corporate environments and Knowledge of MS Security (Patch Management) and Active Directory

  • Experience in the Enterprise and Security features of Windows 10, and the Windows as a Service Model

  • Travel up to 75%

Desirable Requirements

  • Win7/8.x/10, ACF, DDPS experience and/or certifications

  • Additional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP)

  • Knowledge of MS EMS and Azure AD and Microsoft Security Stack

  • Storage to include SAN, NAS, HCI, and Converged Infrastructure

  • Experience in App Packaging and Systems Integration
