Join us in Dell Financial Services as an Inside Sales Account Manager to work as part of the Dell Financial services team in Sydney.

From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our sales makers are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of IT finance solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities
The DFS Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring a great customer experience and expanding market share with existing and potential customers. You will:

  • Achieve sales and profitability KPIs. Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing within Dell

  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

  • Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers and partners formulate strategy and direction

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior applicable experience (Financial Services & Sales)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-management

  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g loans, financial and operating leases)

Desirable Requirements

  • Degree qualifications in a Bachelor of Business or similar field
