It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates and manage small projects with the required level of project governance per project as defined within the PMO methodology.

  • Ability to keep customer and internal resources fully informed of status of projects and serves as liaison between all parties.

  • Own the project lifecycle and be responsible for managing and driving the project to success under control.

  • Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients in a professional manor

  • Work closely with Resource Management and customers to ensure the right resources are booked on the right projects at the right time.

Mandatory Experience\Skills

  • Customer Facing experience – Previous experience of working in front of the customers in a professional environment

  • MS Office – Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel in particular

  • Proactive personality with the ability to resolve issues under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism

  • Positive attitude with a “Can Do” attitude to be able to inspire and help drive through change in an ever growing and evolving organisation

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Project Management – Experience of managing or coordinating projects with a defined project methodology

  • Ability to drive through change and push towards greater quality and success within the business and with the customer in a constructive manor

  • Ability to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.

Desired Certification

  • Project Management Foundation level certification in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
