Key Responsibilities

When you’re working in the fast-moving world of technology, product availability is critical.  Our Demand Planning team ensures the flow of materials – both parts and finished goods - to meet customer requirements.  We are experts at resolving operational problems and developing solutions to avoid future problems.


You will:

  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs - driving actions with cross functional teams consistent with business objectives and Dell goals
  • Build product allocations by Consumer route to markets and manage customer fulfilment priorities
  • Work closely with Planning, Supply and Logistics Teams on backlog and associated goals
  • Executive reporting and readouts
  • Regular updates to Sales and Marketing


Essential Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Experienced with key operations in supply chain such as backlog, allocations, and inventory metrics
  • Experienced in analytics and cross functional teamwork
  • Thorough understanding of the Consumer Direct, Small Business or Retail marketplace
  • Experienced in executive communications and presentations


Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships, work independently and resolve issues. 
  • Working knowledge of a collaborative demand planning environment
