Our sales colleagues rely on proactive technical support during the sales process – and our expert Sales Engineering team always steps up to the mark. We lead the development and implementation of complex and specialized products, applications, services and solutions. From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, to developing detailed installation or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need.

Role Responsibilites:

  • Foster and lead collaborative relationships with key stakeholders like, Counter Threat Unit, Secureworks Adversary Simulation Group, Incident Response, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Technical Marketing.
  • Build enablement programs to help field and channel sales engineers improve their knowledge of Secureworks detection capabilities.
  • Build and deliver customer briefings to help prospective customers fully understand Secureworks threat detection capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on informative content and resources to promote knowledge of threat detection, threat intelligence, detection countermeasures, and responsible application data sciences.


Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent communication, relationship and leadership skills in industry
  • Ability to present to executive level and articulate Secureworks solutions and capabilities
  • In-depth understanding of market, technologies, products and services
  • Passion for continuous learning and helping others to also learn
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant applied Information Security experience


Preferred Requirements

  • InfoSec Community Experience and Engagement (SANS, B-Sides, Conference talks)
  • Relevant Information Security certifications or related experiences

About the team

As a Global Solution Lead (GSL), on our Sales Engineering team you will serve as a senior-most subject matter expert for Secureworks threat and vulnerability detection capabilities. This role will work cross-functionally

with our data sciences, threat intelligence, and detection engineer teams to support various Secureworks go-to-market initiatives.

The GSL team is a globally distributed organization of subject matter experts that are on the leading edge of Secureworks’ capabilities. This team works cross-functionally with delivery, product, sales, and marketing colleagues to educate prospective customers, partners, and sales team on the complete Secureworks portfolio.
