Join the Secureworks team as an Account Executive in Germany to support the high growth plans of the business in the region.

What you will achieve:

As an Account Executive in the Acquisition team, you will be responsible for your franchise within the business. The role will involve prospecting and closing new business for a cutting-edge cybersecurity SaaS offering, across the Northern and Eastern part of Germany. You will then retain these customers and look to develop and manage cross and upsell opportunities. With the support of the Sales Development, Sales Engineering and Channel teams, you will utilize a consultative and solutions sales approach to map Secureworks offerings to customer needs.

How you will achieve:

  • Prospect and sell into enterprise and commercial accounts in the assigned German Territory and you will be responsible for overall sales strategies and generating positive business outcomes for customers, who often have complex environments
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the customer and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams
  • Masters all SaaS sales-related training materials, and stay current on enablement track and competency development
  • Drive creative business development activities to penetrate new logo accounts and work with Secureworks channel partners to propose differentiated solutions.
  • Proactively and accurately manage business. This involves pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity qualification, aligning the right Secureworks resources to support your sales activities.  

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years selling cybersecurity software and/or SaaS solutions into enterprise and commercial customers
  • Excellent knowledge about the Security marketplace in particular: SOC (Security Operations), Cloud Security, MSSP, EDR, XDR, SIEM, Security Analytics, Security Controls, and practices
  • Proven ability in closing complex opportunities within the IT/Security sector and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn in a fast-moving marketplace
  • Must be a team player - ability to respectfully interact with teammates and partners, and to have a proactive / results-driven / strong problem-solving approach
  • Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and be a visionary seller
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, verbally and written
