Field Marketing Manager - Product Segment Server

Home-Office based in Germany

The Center of Competence Field Marketing Manager is the BU’s core marketing connection point to the Sales Force. The Marketing Manager is the front line to plan and deliver local sales enablement activities.  Field Marketing Managers are expected to work across functions to achieve the year and in-quarter AOP plan. The team uses marketing analytics to fulfill that purpose and guide their work.  Analytics related to Sales Pipeline, Financial attainment, Sales effectiveness, Sales training effectiveness are all elements that help FMMs determine what actions are needed to driving Revenue generation. FMM’s use their marketing expertise to guide content related to the sales force including training, sales tools, sales guides, and customer facing material.  FMMs are responsible of sales performance in quarter leveraging their sales enablement programs FMM’s develop analytics to guide their programs.

What you’ll achieve
As a Field Marketing Senior Advisor, you will be the Core Sales interface of Server  Upgrades in the German Region to identify growth areas and drive Revenue Generation.

You will:

  • Enable the business through multiple channels, including sales, direct customer interaction and Channel Partners
  • Engage Core Sales on programs and improvement opportunities.
  • Engage Sales needing to improve Pipeline conversion & Attach.
  • Partner across functions to deliver great sales enablement programs incl PLM, Program Management, VFH, Training..
  • Provide sales teams with product roadmaps and enablement on key initiatives, industry trends and other critical Technology cascade. .
  • Be a trusted advisor with sales leadership to influence priorities.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong Commercial and Business Acumen and ability to drive for Results.
  • Analytical skills with ability to execute measurable programs.
  • Ability to Partner and influence.
  • Excellent Communication skills / Ability to present in front a Senior audience.
  • Experience gained within Field Marketing / Product Management or Sales/ BDM roles
