What you’ll achieve
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will help provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams throughout the sales process, from customer needs analysis to project scoping and solution design.
Support moderately complex accounts: gains access and manages relationships with customer technical staff and Help Desk functions
Develop, document and demonstrate integration patterns and strategies, built on the Dell Boomi Platform, delivering world class solutions for our prospects as well as manage full lifecycle RFI/RFP request from customers, prospects and partners
Conduct discovery discussions with customer personnel, integration architects and development teams to maximize overall opportunity in establishing Dell Boomi Platform as a key driver for customers/partners strategies along with working with sales teams to help manage, support, and prioritize sales opportunities
Assesses and verifies approach/method to selling enterprise/client products and services and verifies operability of product and service configuration within the customer’s environment; Articulates characteristics of the customer’s current environment; Seeks counsel from other senior sales engineers, leaders, or cross-functional technical groups to ensure consistent approach/application
Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding; presents the design and value of proposed solution and business case to customers, prospects and management
