Customer Analytics Manager

What you’ll achieve
As a Customer Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define priorities based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

  • Define customer performance compared to the average population and build remediation plans from engineering data
  • Contribute to dashboard creation and future tool or automation creation
  • Participate in process creation, experimentation, and refinement exercises
  • Ability to multi-task a variety of analyses with significant business impact and little room for error
  • Occasionally speak to customers to explain the intelligence or anticipated outcome of the remediation plan

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate rationale, build consensus, and develop new approaches to complex problems
  • Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
  • Excel expertise is a must, with database querying and dashboard creation a major plus
  • Comfortable in customer facing presentation situations

Desirable Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or business field
  • Understanding of the enterprise / data center customer
